Stacy Hanks recently joined SureWerx, a leading supplier of Safety & PPE equipment, as their new global VP of Digital Commerce, to champion digital transformations and lead their eCommerce business, PIM system and B2B portal.  Previously, Stacy was the Director of eCommerce at The Master Lock Company, shaping a 100-year-old company into a leader in the digital space by focusing on the right products and ensuring meaningful consumer experiences along their purchase journey.

She has delivered double and triple-digit eComm growth throughout her career by sticking to the playbook but also by adapting and throwing it out when necessary, especially given the rate of change in eCommerce.  She is driven by data to make continuous improvements across online presence and is a sponge for all pieces of data that can be used to improve online and offline consumer experiences.

Stacy’s prior experience includes 6 years at Amazon across various teams and roles from leading Marketing for Amazon Textbooks to working with Amazon’s largest vendors, accelerating their global business on Amazon.  As a new hire orientation leader at Amazon, she relished introducing new employees to the Amazon leadership principles and credits that experience to success both at Amazon and in working with Amazon as a vendor.  Stacy received both her undergraduate degree and MBA from the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington.
